Does Yogi’s Doody Scoopers clean all year?
The short answer is YES. We offer dog poop scooper services for yards and communities all year round. It’s never too hot, and never too cold. As long as your dogs doody, we keep coming.
But… since we all live in the beautiful Sierras, we do like to stay safe. We do not ask our Pet Waste Removal Team Members to drive in snow or icy conditions. We will always do our best to finish the job, but if we cannot get to you, your dog waste removal service will be rerouted for another day the same week.
What do you do with the Doody that you pick up?
Any pet waste that is picked up is put into a plastic bag and left in your trash can (if left outside) or we leave it in front of the gate. This is so your pets cannot get into the doody bag after we have gone. We can take your pet waste and dispose of it for an additional fee of $4.99 per visit.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No! We do not have contracts for our non-commercial customers. You can cancel your dog poop scooper and residential landscaping service at any time.
What if I have an aggressive dog?
Your first appointment is always scheduled while you are home. This is to establish a relationship and ensure that your pets will let us enter their domain. We always bring small treats, so the dogs will come to accept us after a couple visits. If the dog remains aggressive, we will request that the dog is kept away from the area we clean during each service. If that is not possible, we do not keep accounts that endanger our technicians.
What areas does your company service?
We currently have routes in the Reno & Sparks areas.
I don’t live in Reno/Sparks. When will you expand into my area?
The expansions of our best pooper scooper and residential landscaping routes are dependent on customer volume in a particular area. If you get together with your neighbors and at least 3 of you sign up with Yogi’s Doody Scoopers for a WEEKLY route, we will do our best to build a route in your area.
How do I pay Yogi’s Doody Scoopers for my service?
Yogi’s Doody Scoopers will email you an invoice during your first week of service. On the 1st business day of every month, we send you an invoice and automatically take debit/credit card payment for that full month of service.
Do you set appointments?
Currently, we cannot set appointments for our routes. If you prefer to keep your gate locked, we request that a combination lock is used or installed. We keep the combination in our records. This allows us access to your property during the day, whether you are home or not.
If you need a combination lock, we usually have one with us. We charge a one-time fee of $7 to $15 per lock, depending on the model that we have on hand.
